Our hotel is ideally situated in the village center of Leukerbad, right next to the church. Thanks to this central location, the famous thermal baths and mountain railways are only a few minutes' walk away—making us the perfect starting point for active days and relaxing getaways.

Check-in from 3:00 p.m. and check-out until 10:30 a.m. Late check-out is possible until 12:00 p.m. at the latest - subject to a charge.

Room reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If cancelled after this time or if you do not arrive, we will charge 100% of the room price.
On arrival days, the room is available from 3:00 p.m. On departure days, it is available until 11:00 a.m. Confirmed reservations are released for re-letting from 6:00 p.m. without notification from the guest.
Breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. - even on days when the restaurant is closed.
We have a restaurant with the best Swiss cuisine and a restaurant with Italian specialties.
The rooms that can be booked with a voucher are rooms 1,2,3,4 and 7.
All children between 2 and 12 years pay a surcharge of 40 CHF plus 3 CHF tourist tax. If the booking is paid for with a voucher, the customer must pay the difference between the value of the voucher and the value of the family room for the upgrade from a double room to a family room.

The duration is 3 hours. If you want to stay the whole day, you pay a surcharge of 7 CHF per person at the thermal bath cash desk. We only give out tickets for the thermal bath. Massages and additional services must be paid for separately.

Arrival & Parking
To ensure a relaxed start to your stay, you are welcome to drive directly up to the hotel entrance to load and unload your luggage. For parking afterwards, please use the nearby Rathaus Leukerbad car park, located just a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Arriving by Plane
The international airports of Zurich, Geneva, Basel, and Milan-Malpensa are all approximately a 3-hour drive from Leukerbad. Excellent train, bus, and road connections link all four airports directly to us in Valais.
Public Transport
Reaching us by public transport is easy and comfortable. Take the train to Leuk railway station, where you can seamlessly catch the connecting bus directly up to Leukerbad.
