Terms and Conditions Hotel Croix-Fédérale

 

1.These terms and conditions regulate the legal contract between the guest and Hotel Croix Fédérale und Restaurant Walliserkanne AG in 3954 Leukerbad. The booking confirmation sent to the guest is the basis for the contract. In case of a booking by phone, the terms and conditions of an online booking via the hotel’s website are applicable.

2.The price of the room is as mentioned in the confirmation. Excluded is the tourist tax as set by the commune (CHF 6 per adult, CHF 3 per child between 6 and 15 years old, per night). The VAT is included in the price. Only the services mentioned in the terms and conditions and the booking confirmation are included. The hotel can ask the guest to make an advance payment to confirm the booking.

 

3.Exceptionally, the hotel may assign a different room of the same or of higher standard than the one booked by the guest. If this is not possible, the hotel will refund the price difference.

 

4.The guest is obligated to take care of the room and its interior. Damages must be reported and paid. Pets are not allowed in the rooms, except if allowed by the hotel in advance.

 

5.The hotel is not liable in any case of theft, loss or damage to guest property. Due to uniqueness of the building, the hotel is not liable in any case of injury of the guest during his stay.

 

6.If the guest cannot take advantage of his stay, he is obligated to inform the hotel as soon as possible. In general, the guest remains liable for the price of the room if he cancels the booking less than 7 days before the day of arrival or leaves earlier than the intended day of departure. The exact cancellation policies are found on the booking confirmation. These policies may differ from the ones mentioned here.

 

7. Errors and technical problems are reserved.

 

8. In other respects the Swiss Code of Obligations applies. This is a translation of the terms and conditions in German. In case of differences, the German version applies.
